Yes, it is a very interesting paper indeed. I have one suggestion for the authors that I believe would increase the attention the paper would receive, say for instance, on medline from searches, that is to include a little background information about the chemicals. For example, why should the reader be concerned about these drugs? Why are they used? Etc. The information is provide in the introduction, but I think some of it would be appropriate in the abstract to attract a broader audience. I must say I missed the importance the first time around because I only had time to read the abstract and didn't know why I should be concerned about this issue. Now, of course, I see why.
